Dry Fire Concealed Weapons Training with Jason Falla
Просмотров 8 тыс.7 лет назад
Jason runs through a series of dry weapons manipulations using low visibility equipment. These drills are designed to leverage off and enhance preexisting positive neural adaptations in weapons handling. This is not a basic drill and relies on an advanced skill set and understanding of the abstract nature of the drill (which is the lack of realism produced by a dry fire). The neural pathway dev...

I ordered one today and a patch wish I could’ve gotten one of those stocks with the spider on it. Looks great. Can’t wait to try this sling on my SR15 11.5” CQB E3 MOD 2
Man, the new update to *Ground Branch* is awesome! 😜
I had an opportunity to do some counter vehicle Ambush training with Red Back One. I highly recommend to get thier training. Any and ALL training is always a good thing. A professional mindset can never get enough training.
Much appreciated brother.
Would love to have this class in NY.
Just shoot us an email at info@redbackone.com to set up a class in NY.
Thanks
Gotta love some Godsmack!
Good stuff!!! You're over in VA now aren't you?

This viedo really helps tie in the info from class. Your techniques really clicked today and I could not miss on time and accuracy. PASS!
It's been a year, now. Absolutely love mine. Just needed a refresher since I swapped out the method of attachment. Thanks again, Jason!
I ordered one, very happy with it
Ordered one today
Is that a beagles patch?
Clean and smooth in full kit, thanks Jason.
It's awesome to get these clear and straight to point videos on basic skills, thanks a lot.
You’re welcome! 👍
Are your ear pro racal in ears?
These are Invisio X5 in ear hearing protection combined with the V50 control unit. Racal was recently acquired by Invisio.
Awesome I recently came across some surplus racals and they are awesome dont think I can do over the ears again.
Live the video and love my red back one slings.
Good work! and more videos please :)
It is a gift to have access to this level of tactical knowledge at fingertips for us schmoes to watch and learn....crazy good
That Aussie has a kangaroo pouch
😎
Thank you Mr. Falla.
Bro I’ve been watching you videos for years, are you wearing the same gear as usual? That JPC looks like having a story tho
Haha...yeah I have been using the same gear (some might be updated) but the gear that I choose and wear works and lasts. I am not overseas on missions so I have the luxury of looking after my gear to a higher level. But my gear works and allows me to be as efficient as possible.
Mine arrived today, best transition sling I've used, does not interfere with weapon manipulation or magazine changes in any way. Fair price for the quality and design, fast shipping with tracking updates. Don't worry about the color, just grab any one in stock.
Thanks for the feedback and kind words. Glad you like our sling.
In daylight do you still scan by moving the weapon with your head or is that only to utilize the weapon light?
Science has proven it faster to acquire a new target by having your eyes lead your weapon during the scan, this is called 'glancing'. Rather than just moving your head with your weapon stationary, if you were to see a new threat, your weapon would then have to traverse that distance and you would be slow to engage. However, if you weapon was just behind your eyes during your scan, you would be able to engage much faster. There are other things to consider also...At night or in a reduced lighting situation, you will have to move your pistol/rifle light to illuminate the room/threat area in order to see and identify threats, so this scanning technique sets you up for success and ties in with the science of the scanning method. Having your weapon presented or at a compressed position in CQB or home defense with your head off the sights and the gun, is considered a safety violation as you are presenting your weapons muzzle that could be covering a friendly without your eyes on the sights. I hope that helps to explain a few concepts.
@@JasonFalla I think that should be enough instructive. Cheers... ;)
@@JasonFalla I’m tracking. Thanks Jason
Jason seems to remain in shape still and besides the pass of time. These firing drills look wonderful, thanks a bunch for sharing with us such cool job. I'm glad that I've been subscribed from the past, to notice this happening while it's hot. Salutes from Spain!
Thanks Javier, I hit the gym daily and maintain fitness standards per unit requirements to ensure that I can not only look the part, but perform in front of our students. It is important for me to be physically fit and meet the endurance requirements for our training programs too. We still need to make a trip to Spain and run some training there as well as get some tapas and beer!
Very nice. Hope to see more stuff like this from you
Beautiful
Thanks for the content Jason
nice one, thanks
Looks g2g Jason
First left or right handed sling I’ve heard of, smart

Recently bought two of these. The best sling design on the market today.

He’s back!
The course really is that good, especially if you can attend one with a night rotation. Awesome edit also!
Hell fucking yeah🤘🏽🤘🏽🤘🏽 I knew I kept notifications on for a reason! 2:30ish in the morning here in Australia😂😂😂
Range theatrics... Just too much. But good shooting.
I hope you never change this song
Excellent work ! Great workout on balancing speed and accuracy. Love the Rose Tattoo! DVC
Ik ik ik I'm gonna hear some bs for this but this is honestly dumb to me I cant think of a single situation where anyone should try to hold both weapon systems in their hands simultaneously , neutralize all the threats then worry about getting the riffle back up into the fight, if there is still a chance a threat could pop up in pistol range of you it is not time to go back to the riffle . If you had time to do all this you could have just gotten to cover and changed back.
You have never been in combat and had an issue with your primary weapon have you?
Can someone explain the scan to me? Who is actually going to scan for threats in the 30 degrees he gave himself?
Im assuming its during a lesson so there may be people in his arcs and he's done it hundreds of times who would want too slowly scan every single time, also its situational dependant his threat area could be a doorway of 30 degrees, but in reality yes you would fully scan your arcs properly for more threats, in addition to going to a knee for the reload/fixing the weapon stoppage and then coming up again.
THUMBS UP :D
G'day Jason, can the opressed citizens of the Democratic People's Republic of Australia come over and train with you? I've always wanted to run drills like these with handguns and rifles but as you are well aware such hardware isn't available to the common Aussie. cheers Scott
